Yeah, yeah, I know, “but, all the ‘experts’ say email marketing is dead”. I’m going to let you in on a little secret – most of those “experts” are just telling you that to get you to buy their latest product or service related to a method of marketing different than email.
Either that, or they really don’t have any idea what they are talking about, which is proven in a recent study by ExactTarget that shows 77% of consumers prefer to receive permission-based marketing communications through email.
But just like you need to know how to use social media effectively to get positive results out of your marketing campaign, you also need to know how to use email marketing effectively to get the results you’re seeking.

- If the two above criteria are met, then you should see improvement in your overall conversions.
